EyeMed Vision Care Plan is included at no additional cost.
Note: Your Vision Plan ID card is included in your CAREINGTON new membership information packet. You may use the Vision Plan once you receive the ID Card by mail. (Reminder: you may use the Dental Plan immediately.)

The vision network offers savings on vision care, including examinations, corrective eyewear, and some surgical procedures. Discounts on eyeglasses, contact lenses and other retail eyewear items can be 15% – 45%, including many added specialty options, such as tints, scratch resistant coatings and UV protection.
